A luxury residential developer has a great opportunity for an Assistant Mechanical Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their Central London offices.The company has been operating for close to 30 years, developing and building luxury residential properties in prime locations across London. They are looking for an Assistant Mechanical Manager to work on high rise, luxury residential schemes in Central London, up to 75 storeys high.

Assistant Mechanical Manager:

• Ideally Degree Qualified
• High Rise fit out experience working for a reputable main contractor
• Experience of high rise installations
• Must be able to read construction drawings and identify potential issues before they are constructed
• Able to carry out QA on a number of system installations
• Relevant CSCS card
• Preferably First Aid trained
