Office Administrator

One of London’s longest‑standing community‑led housing co‑ops is looking for an Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the office across customer support, accounts and back‑office duties. THE ROLE

  • Provide frontline office support: phones, email, visitors, post, filing, and data.
  • Process daily accounts tasks, update accounts and support reconciliations with accuracy.
  • Handle income including rent payments and statements.
  • Process supplier invoices, match work orders, reconcile statements, and maintain payment records.
  • Maintain Member and property records on Arthur; manage keys, appointments and inductions.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, papers and hybrid setups for Committees and the AGM.

THE PROFILE

  • Experience in finance administration (essential).
  • Experience in Property, Real Estate or Housing (essential).
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems (Arthur/Xero experience ideal).
  • Calm, friendly, professional under pressure.
  • Values‑driven and able to handle information with discretion and integrity.
