Systems Administrator/Tier II Lead

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day‑to‑day onsite IT operations and act as the primary technical escalation point
• Provide Tier 2 support across servers, networks, security, and end‑user systems
• Coach, mentor, and guide a small onsite support team to meet SLAs
• Manage Windows Server environments, backups, virtualization, and Azure resources
• Oversee networking, firewall, VPN, and wireless troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and work instructions
• Partner closely with client stakeholders and internal leadership

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience leading onsite technical teams in a client-facing environment
• Hands‑on expertise with Windows Server, Hyper‑V, and Azure
• Working knowledge of Fortinet, Meraki, Unifi, and VPN technologies
• Ability to script or automate tasks using PowerShell
• Experience supporting enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Active technical certifications across Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or Fortinet
