Relay Direct is one of the UK’s fastest-growing face-to-face sales and marketing agencies, and we’re hiring Marketing Assistants for our Watford office.

Responsibilities

• Campaign support: Assisting with residential and event-based marketing campaigns
• Brand representation: Promoting products/services face-to-face and creating standout customer experiences
• Customer engagement: Starting conversations, answering questions, and building rapport quickly
• Performance targets: Working toward daily and weekly goals as part of a team
• Skill building: Receiving ongoing coaching in marketing, communication, and sales fundamentals

Pay range and compensation package

Earnings: £30–32k OTE, with uncapped commissions
