What’s Different About This Role?
This is a high-impact, hybrid-first position for someone who thrives on speed and creative problem-solving. Based in their SE London / Kent hub just 1–2 days a week, you’ll have the freedom to work autonomously while being deeply embedded in the agency’s growth engine.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect the Growth Engine: Translate big-picture business priorities into actionable, multi-channel marketing plans.
- Master the Content Cycle: Capture the magic of live events and turn them into high-converting LinkedIn content, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Lead the Narrative: Build forward-looking schedules that keep the brand “buzzing” across email, web, and social channels.
- Unblock the Pipeline: You’re the one who chases inputs, manages approvals, and makes the judgment calls to keep the brand moving—even when things are moving at 100mph.
Who You Are (The Agency DNA):
- Agency Veteran: You MUST have experience within a Creative Agency, Event Agency, or Creative Professional Services. You know the rhythm, the language, and the pace.
- A Fluid Writer: You can adapt your tone from a punchy social hook to a sophisticated C-Suite proposal with ease.
- Operationally Savvy: You’re comfortable with the toolkit—WordPress/CMS, Canva, and CRMs—and you don’t need a manual to get started.
- Growth-Minded: You’re excited by the prospect of growing into a Senior Marketing or Growth Leadership role as the agency continues to scale.
