Digital Marketing Analyst

Position is hybrid – 3 days a week in the Huddersfield office.
What you’ll do
- Analyse customer behaviour across web and mobile to inform strategy.
- Build dashboards and reports (PowerBI, Tableau) to track performance.
- Develop and run A/B tests, MVT experiments, and other data‑driven optimisations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve features, journeys, and campaigns.
- Support forecasting and budgeting with actionable insights.
- Ensure data tracking and digital attribution are accurate and compliant.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in marketing or growth analytics (B2C or subscription preferred).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with GA4, Firebase or similar tools.
- Comfortable with experimentation frameworks and causal analysis.
- Skilled in dashboards, reporting and advanced Excel.
- Experience with mobile measurement platforms a plus.
- Commercially minded, able to prioritise and communicate trade‑offs.
- Strong communicator who can tell stories with data and influence stakeholders.
