The role:
You’ll lead the hotel’s digital marketing activity, ensuring the brand is consistent, compelling, and commercially effective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and evolving the digital marketing strategy
- Social media management and content planning
- Paid digital campaigns (PPC, paid social, display)
- Website optimisation and SEO
- Email marketing and CRM
- Tracking performance, reporting, and ROI
- Working closely with revenue, sales, and on-property teams
About you:
- Proven digital marketing experience (hospitality experience is a big plus)
- Strong understanding of social, paid media, and performance marketing
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset
- Confident managing agencies or suppliers
- Passion for hotels, wellness, and guest experience
