We’re a multi-award-winning brand communications agency that specialises in automotive, sport and tech brands. We work with some of the best brands in the world, helping them tell their stories in headline‑grabbing creative ways.

This is a hands‑on creative position focused on planning, filming, and editing content for automotive and motorcycle brands across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. You’ll work closely with account managers, creatives and clients to deliver social‑first content that performs, engages, and looks great.
What you will be doing.
- Support the development ofsocial content plans and calendarsfor automotive and motorcycle clients
- Contribute creative ideas aligned to platform trends, brand tone of voice and performance insights
- Help translate wider campaign objectives intopractical, shootable social content
Content Creation
- Plan and executeon-location shoots, including events, track days, launches and studio shoots
- Film high-quality video content featuringcars and motorcycles
- Confidently capture content usingsmartphones, cameras and basic audio equipment
- Direct talent where required to achieve natural, authentic and engaging footage
- Experience creating trend‑based content and a strong finger on the pulse of the social media landscape
- Edit short‑form social video optimised for each platform (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Add captions, graphics, music and basic motion elements where appropriate
- Ensure content is delivered on time, on brand and formatted correctly for each channel
Performance & Optimisation
- Support reporting by reviewing content performance and identifying learnings
- Use insights to continuously improve creative output and engagement
What skills you will need.
- Proven experience in a social media or content creator role, either within agency environment or experience creating / growing own social media platform
- Strong hands‑on filming and editing skills for social platforms
- Experience creating content for cars, motorcycles or automotive lifestyle brands
- Confident using editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects or similar
- Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short‑form video trends
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A genuine interest in cars, bikes, motorsport or automotive culture
- Experience capturing fast‑moving subjects
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics
