What you will be doing
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor with Valuations experience to join this global Real Estate leader in their Glasgow office as part of the Valuation and Advisory team. There are two positions available: one for someone who has recently become Chartered, and one for a Senior Surveyor.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering valuation services for Industrial, Office and Retail properties across Glasgow and surrounding areas. You will engage with a wide range of clients, including major banks, investors, developers, and operators, providing strategic valuation advice.
Experience and qualifications you will have
- MRICS
- RICS Registered Valuer status (or in a position to become registered)
- Minimum 1 year Post Qualification Experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in valuing: Industrial, Office and Retail would be ideal
