Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across brand, demand generation, and content. You’ll own the marketing strategy end-to-end, working closely with Sales, Product, and leadership to build pipeline and strengthen our market position.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll manage a small team, set the direction, and roll up your sleeves to execute. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will bring B2B SaaS marketing experience, a data‑driven mindset, and a track record of growing pipeline through integrated campaigns. You should be comfortable managing budgets, building marketing automation workflows, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned to company growth targets
- Lead demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email, and partner channels
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Manage and mentor a team of 3‑4 marketers
- Plan and manage an annual marketing budget of ~$500,000
- Build and optimise marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
- Collaborate with Sales on lead handoff and account‑based marketing
- Create and oversee content strategy including blog, case studies, and social media
- Track and report on marketing performance using data and analytics
- Partner with Product on go‑to‑market plans for new launches
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of building and executing demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
- Experience managing and developing a marketing team (3+ direct reports)
- Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo preferred)
- Experience managing marketing budgets of $300K+ and reporting on ROI
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and account‑based marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce reporting)
- Experience with brand strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market planning
- CIM qualification or equivalent marketing certification (desirable)
