Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across brand, demand generation, and content. You’ll own the marketing strategy end-to-end, working closely with Sales, Product, and leadership to build pipeline and strengthen our market position.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll manage a small team, set the direction, and roll up your sleeves to execute. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will bring B2B SaaS marketing experience, a data‑driven mindset, and a track record of growing pipeline through integrated campaigns. You should be comfortable managing budgets, building marketing automation workflows, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned to company growth targets
  • Lead demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email, and partner channels
  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3‑4 marketers
  • Plan and manage an annual marketing budget of ~$500,000
  • Build and optimise marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Sales on lead handoff and account‑based marketing
  • Create and oversee content strategy including blog, case studies, and social media
  • Track and report on marketing performance using data and analytics
  • Partner with Product on go‑to‑market plans for new launches

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and executing demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
  • Experience managing and developing a marketing team (3+ direct reports)
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo preferred)
  • Experience managing marketing budgets of $300K+ and reporting on ROI
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and account‑based marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce reporting)
  • Experience with brand strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market planning
  • CIM qualification or equivalent marketing certification (desirable)

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 – $105,000 depending on experience
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Flexible hybrid working (3 days in London office, 2 remote)
  • Private health insurance
  • Learning and development budget ($1,500/year)
  • Stock options after 12 months
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Team socials and quarterly offsites
