Find trends in the international student market by doing market research, paying special attention to areas where Chinese is the primary language.
To guide marketing tactics, examine rivals, student preferences, and developing education marketplaces.
Inform management of research results and suggest customised marketing strategies.
Create and carry out digital marketing initiatives aimed at parents and potential students in China and other East Asian nations.
Provide material for platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), other UK-based platforms that complies with linguistic and cultural norms.
In charge of community involvement, campaign performance monitoring, and social media content scheduling.
Communicate with clients to learn about their learning objectives and to inform them of events, deadlines, and new services.
Serve as a liaison between Fuann Ltd. and outside parties, such as agents and educational institutions.
To make sure that marketing plans complement corporate goals, collaborate closely with directors and sales executives.
Assist the administrative staff in creating and improving client engagement plans.

A bachelor’s degree in international relations, business, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline (preferably)
Proven capacity to plan, carry out, and oversee cross-cultural digital marketing initiatives.
Proficiency with email automation software, CRM platforms (like HubSpot), SEO/SEM tools, and Google Analytics, among other marketing tools.
Outstanding communication and content production abilities, including the capacity to modify messaging and tone for audiences with different cultural backgrounds.
Strong analytical and research abilities, as well as the capacity to decipher data on consumer behaviour and market trends.
Imaginative, resourceful, and driven by themselves.
Able to function both independently and cooperatively in a small yet dynamic team.
Excellent time-management, organising, and detail-oriented abilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferable.

Experience: One year as an education consultant is preferred.

Workplace: Birmingham B3 hybrid remote
