Qualifications

• 7+ years in instructional design, digital learning, or scientific communications (ideally in medical/pharma context)
• Experience developing blended and digital learning solutions for global audiences

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into engaging, modular learning solutions for medical associates and stakeholders
• Design and develop learning content, toolkits, and facilitator guides to support activation and country-specific implementation
• Collaborate with program managers and local leads to adapt learning materials for diverse markets and brands
• Support the integration of digital platforms and tools for learning delivery and analytics
• Facilitate design sprints, prototyping, and iterative improvement of learning assets
• Ensure learning solutions are aligned with governance, scientific communication models, and operational frameworks
• Track and report on learning engagement and outcomes to inform ongoing enhancements
