Marketing Coordinator (6-Month Contract, Potential Extension to December 2025)
Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid Working 50/50 split)
Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per year
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established publishing organisation in Cambridge. This is a full-time, six-month temporary role with the possibility of being extended to December 2025.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive marketing team at a really exciting time. The company is celebrating a major anniversary this year, so there are plenty of interesting projects to get involved with.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with marketing campaigns for scientific journals, community websites, events, and grants
- Creating engaging marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Organising sponsorships and giveaways
- Helping to track and analyse marketing performance to improve future campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a marketing or publishing role (or transferable skills)
- Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities
- Some experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, or Google Analytics (not essential, but a bonus)
- A proactive and organised approach to work
