Asset & Procurement Coordinator
Location: Office-based with occasional travel across our care home network.
Contract: Full-time.
Organisation: Hartford Care.
About the Role
The Asset & Procurement Coordinator supports the Head of Estates by maintaining robust asset and procurement registers and ensuring smooth, compliant processes across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee asset tracking and ensure inventory accuracy across our estate.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service providers.
- Support negotiation, management and delivery of contracts including servicing plant, planned maintenance and capital expenditure.
- Process purchase orders and ensure adherence procurement policies.
- Work closely with Operations, Quality and the wider Estates team to deliver a structured, planned approach to the servicing, replacement and lifecycle management of goods, plant and equipment.
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work confidently as a standalone role and manage own workload.
- Great at building relationships and working collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-growing organisation.
- Familiar with procurement processes, asset management or estates coordination (desirable but not essential).
