Job Description:

Support the marketing and sales functions of the business in delivering campaigns, managing content, and providing assistance to enhance brand visibility and business growthquares.

Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Social media scheduling and content creation.
  • Assist with drafting digital copy for website, blogs, and case studies.
  • Assist with creating printed material (brochures, leaflets, promotional material).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate events such as trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with internal Falkner to source and share engaging content.
  • Indify social media performance and report using basic analytics tools.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales function and handle ad hoc tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
  • A-Level equivalent or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
