Besque is seeking an experienced Creative Copywriter to support growth across paid media channels. This role focuses on developing messaging grounded in consumer insight, emotional relevance, and real-world performance outcomes.
The ideal candidate understands how language shapes perception, trust, and purchase behaviour, and has experience refining messaging based on audience response.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine advertising messaging informed by consumer psychology
- Translate customer insights, feedback, and objections into persuasive copy
- Work closely with media buyers to align messaging with performance goals
- Interpret performance data to inform future copy decisions
- Maintain consistency in brand voice while adapting messaging strategies
- Contribute to ongoing testing and optimisation efforts
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience writing copy for performance marketing environments
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behavioural triggers
- Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging based on audience response
- Experience collaborating with performance and creative teams
- Comfortable working in iterative, feedback-driven environments
- Background in direct-to-consumer or eCommerce preferred
