Reed.co.uk is looking for a Lead Product Designer to join their Design Team in Holborn, London.

Salary: £70,000 per annum

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor and grow a small design team.
• Deliver elegant, user-centred product experiences across web and mobile.
• Champion UX and UI best practices, from research through to polished design.
• Oversee and evolve our Design System and reusable UI patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user and business needs.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ hands‑on UI/UX experience with a strong digital portfolio.
• Expert in design tools (Figma/Sketch, Adobe CS) and user research methods.
• Skilled at stakeholder management and communicating design vision.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a passion for great design.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and able to balance user needs with business goals.
