Motor Claims Handler – First Notification of Loss (4 positions available)

£27,600 basic salary + monthly bonuses taking you to £45,000+ per year

This role is a fantastic combination of sales & service motor enquiries while being based in a leading law firm that has been operating for over 20 years in the legal sector.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from customers at the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) stage, completing a full fact find on vehicle damage and customer needs.
• Collect evidence, identifying witnesses, passengers and determining fault or non‑fault.
• Upsell additional services such as hire cars and vehicle repairs through our in‑house garages across the UK.
• Offer customers the necessary solutions to get them back on the road safely.
• Earn uncapped bonuses for every customer referred for hire or repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar claims role, having dealt with first‑stage claims.
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, confidence and a bubbly personality.
