Description
This is a temporary assignment for approximately 12 months, involving the production of accurate monthly management accounts in line with standard accounting practices and Group policies, submitted within strict deadlines. The role includes attending monthly business reviews with the Dealer Principal and line managers to provide financial and operational guidance, analyzing key performance indicators to identify weaknesses and profit opportunities, and participating in annual budget preparation. Additional duties include full monthly balance sheet reconciliations, payroll input, VAT returns, manufacturer composites, and other ad-hoc reporting as required.
Skills & Attributes
- Kerridge/CDK experience
- Previous motor trade experience
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills with attention to errors
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Note: Only candidates with previous motor retail experience will be considered for this position.
