Required Qualifications
- First‑level university degree in Information Technology; Business Administration; or other relevant field
- Business analysis certification
Skills Set
- Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of application development, particularly for low‑code/no‑code solutions such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Ability to work closely with business representatives to capture needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for IT teams
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines in an iterative, agile development environment
Desirable Skills
- Ability to work with JIRA and testing software
- Understanding of enterprise relational databases and integration patterns
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled applications (e.g., chatbots, intelligent assistants, agents) and ability to identify opportunities for their use in business process improvement
Experience Required
- A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience and successful performance in business analysis for IT software application improvement and development projects
- IT system requirements and acceptance criteria creation
- Business process optimization and data workflow analysis
- Conducting user interviews and feedback sessions
- Participation in IT solution design process
Desirable Experience
- Experience with legacy IT systems, and established business workflows
