Std. Business Analyst

Required Qualifications

• First‑level university degree in Information Technology; Business Administration; or other relevant field
• Business analysis certification

Skills Set

• Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Strong understanding of application development, particularly for low‑code/no‑code solutions such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Ability to work closely with business representatives to capture needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for IT teams
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines in an iterative, agile development environment

Desirable Skills

• Ability to work with JIRA and testing software
• Understanding of enterprise relational databases and integration patterns
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled applications (e.g., chatbots, intelligent assistants, agents) and ability to identify opportunities for their use in business process improvement

Experience Required

• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience and successful performance in business analysis for IT software application improvement and development projects
• IT system requirements and acceptance criteria creation
• Business process optimization and data workflow analysis
• Conducting user interviews and feedback sessions
• Participation in IT solution design process

Desirable Experience

• Experience with legacy IT systems, and established business workflows
