Economic Research Analyst – Global Real Estate & Macro Trends
Freshminds is partnering with a leading international organisation to find an Economic Research Analyst who will play a key role in shaping long‑term investment strategy and delivering insights on global real‑estate and macroeconomic trends.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting research on structural global trends such as demographic change, technological disruption, climate impact, and shifting growth drivers.
- Analysing how these macroeconomic forces influence risk, return, and investment opportunities across international real‑estate markets.
- Translating economic insights into applied portfolio and capital allocation recommendations.
- Assessing investment performance and benchmarking data to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborating with a high‑calibre team of economists and investment professionals to identify long‑term opportunities and risks.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in economic research, consulting, investment analysis, or a related field.
- Strong academic background, preferably in economics. CFA (completed or in progress) desirable.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and Excel skills.
- Sound understanding of macroeconomics, corporate finance, and portfolio theory.
