You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their claims journey with empathy and precision. If you’re passionate about delivering great customer experiences and ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers through the claims process with professionalism and care
  • Liaise with financial service providers and regulatory bodies like the Financial Ombudsman Service
  • Review and assess key documents like Final Response Letters and FOS outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Communicate clearly via phone, email, and post
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks such as redress offers and final decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 year+ experience in claims or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience, and attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
