This role offers a diverse and stimulating workload, including property portfolio management, commercial lease transactions, site development, secured lending and more. You will manage your own caseload, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development. Responsibilities
- Manage a personal Real Estate caseload including property portfolio management, commercial lease transactions, site development, and secured lending
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
- Support business development activities and leverage the firm’s reputation to build client relationships
- Collaborate with experienced partners to deliver high-quality advice and services
Qualifications
- PQE Level: 5-10
- Experience in real estate matters such as portfolio management, leases, development projects, and lending
- Ability to work independently on a caseload while contributing to a collaborative team
