Accounts Payable Manager

Global Museum / Gallery, with exhibition spaces in the US, Europe and Asia is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join the finance team in London.

Key elements of role

• Oversee the AP function and expenses reporting
• Maintain and update supplier ledger accounts
• Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers regarding any information needed
• Responsible for month end payment process
• Apply internal checks relating to new suppliers and bank details
• Process and review monthly expenses reports
• Participate in the continued automation of the finance systems to create a fully integrated infrastructure

Key requirements of role

• Experience in an accounts payable team within a dynamic industry
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable (but not necessary)
• Experience of implementing changes in automated processes
• Knowledge of VAT
• Ability to organise and prioritise duties
• Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a small team within a fast-paced environment
