Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Insurance Department at Pride Veterinary Centre. We are looking for applicants with a willing and “can do” approach who thrive in busy environments.
Responsibilities
- Processing direct claim insurance requests for both first opinion and multidiscipline referral cases for small animals.
- Processing insurance claims after treatment.
- Monitoring claims through to settlement and liaising with multiple insurance companies, clients and other vet practices.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and prompt, accurate claim processing.
- Previous experience managing insurance claims preferred; similar fast‑paced administrative or customer‑focused background acceptable.
- Full on‑the‑job training provided with continued support.
Working Hours
30 hours per week, Monday‑Friday between the office opening hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
