About the Role

Job Title – Project Manager – Finance

Location – Sheffield, UK

Mode of Work – Hybrid 2 Days onsite in week

Type of Hiring – Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Project Duration – 06-12 Months (Possible Extension)

Key Skills Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services project or programme management
• Proven ability to drive outcomes and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Strong experience in resolving ad hoc queries and structuring complex workstreams
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Infrastructure project experience is advantageous
• Highly organized adaptable and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple projects and programmes ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively
• Resolve ad hoc queries from stakeholders and team members providing clear guidance and practical solutions
• Structure project activities and resources to maximise impact and streamline delivery
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring alignment across the business
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to address challenges and implement best practices
• Leverage infrastructure experience to support technical aspects of project delivery desirable
