→ Fundraiser

Avenue are currently recruiting a Fundraiser. The purpose of the role is to identify funding opportunities whereby money can be generated. This will involve prospecting to Strategic Plan, targeting and penetrating the funding marketplace.

The Role

• To identify opportunities for funding applications across large-scale and small-scale potential donors.
• To ensure Community Trust have the correct management information to hand in the form of Marketing Material to initially impress donors.
• To identify small and large-scale opportunities across the full remit of our proposed Sports, Fitness, Mental Health and Education & Heritage.
• To develop a Customer Contact database including personal details on key contacts representing donor bodies.
• To develop a detailed ‘Activity Log’ ensuring we are in constant contact with donors in a targeted fashion.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience, one to two years minimum of the ‘Process of Fundraising’ or display a first-class, confident attitude of achievement.

You will be a good listener, excellent communicator and be confident with IT and Social media.

It is important for successful candidates to be hungry for achievement manifested in work-ethic and planning commitment.
