Description
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and interpret information.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with financial forecasts and projections.
- Identify trends and recommend actions to optimize costs and improve financial performance.
- Participate in budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to financial analysis and reporting.
Profile
A successful Banking Analyst should have:
- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Experience in reconciliations.
- Proven experience as a Banking Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
