Base pay range

This position requires a Banking Analyst with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to join our Accounting & Finance department in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, located in Glasgow.

Description

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and interpret information.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team with financial forecasts and projections.
• Identify trends and recommend actions to optimize costs and improve financial performance.
• Participate in budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations.
• Prepare and present reports to upper management.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to financial analysis and reporting.

Profile

A successful Banking Analyst should have:

• A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• Experience in reconciliations.
• Proven experience as a Banking Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
