Business Analyst

Overview

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire a Senior Business Analyst for its Markets Program Execution & Transformation team. You’ll play a key role in enhancing MiFID II Product Governance across policies, systems, controls, reporting, and governance throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business analysis for MiFID II Product Governance enhancements—gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose solutions.
• Define or update policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Conduct data analysis and support UAT, ensuring BAU processes and controls are robust.
• Partner with Project Managers to meet PMO standards and track deliverables.
• Work closely with Front Office, Business Managers, Legal, and Compliance teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ Business Analysis experience within Investment Banking.
• Proven track record delivering regulatory change projects, ideally MiFID II Product Governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, from legal interpretation to solution handover.
• Proficiency in Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
