Responsibilities

• Handle commercial insurance claims end-to-end including Motor Fleet cases
• Evaluate coverage, investigate losses, and negotiate settlements
• Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and vendors to drive resolution
• Analyse claims data to identify trends
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial claims handling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
