Risk Manager

We’re partnering with a leading global insurance brand to appoint a skilled Risk Manager to join their London-based Risk team, reporting directly to the CRO. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in enhancing and embedding the enterprise risk management framework across multiple legal entities, while collaborating with senior leadership and contributing to global risk initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting risk governance, reporting, and internal control processes
• Partnering with business teams to identify, assess, and manage operational risk
• Contributing to group‑wide risk projects and regulatory deliverables

We’re looking for someone with

• 5+ years’ experience in risk management
• A background in insurance, ideally within the London Market
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to strengthening risk culture
