Accountant – Full Time

Location: Central London | Hybrid

Experience: 5+ years

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Accountant to join a super friendly business based in central London team. You’ll handle day-to-day finance operations while helping to shape smarter, more efficient processes as the business grows internationally.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable end-to-end – billing, payments, credit control, reconciliations.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and foreign currency management (USD hedging, forwards, supplier payments).
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns (business & pension scheme).
• Produce quarterly & year-end management accounts (stock, depreciation, accruals, reconciliations).
• Work with sales, product & leadership teams to improve financial efficiency and product costing.
• Administer a small SSAS Pension Scheme, coordinating payments and documentation.
• Support general office finance needs – contracts, insurance, supplier reviews, and process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in accounting roles, with VAT and management accounts experience.
• Understanding of international trade, importing, and FX.
• Proficient in Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets (ideally).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach.
