What we’re looking for?
We are seeking a detail-orientated Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance our financial systems and processes. This role serves as a key link between Finance/IT, working collaboratively to optimise financial systems and drive process efficiencies in alignment with business objectives. This is a business critical, challenging but rewarding role. It’s best suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced culture where ‘change is business as usual!’ in our global award winning Rec agency.

Key Responsibilities:
(Including but not limited to)
- Analyse & troubleshoot issues within financial systems.
- Provide technical support and training to system users.
- Maintain documentation for system processes, policies, procedures.
- Collaborate with Finance/IT to integrate systems across departments.
- Ensure systems comply with financial regulations & internal controls.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong communication and internal stakeholder management skill set.
- Strong analytical skills (ideally finance or business support/back office)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, proactive/solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with financial systems (ideally Sage X3/similar ERP platforms)
- Basic understanding of finance functions/processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user (daily/weekly usage)
