Job Description:

  • 3-6 years of experience in gathering requirements, documenting collected requirements in a document system.
  • Understand the complexities, business priorities, and importance of requirements and inform senior management to allocate proper resources to address them in a timely manner.
  • Strong domain experience and Business knowledge in Payments, Cards, and Digital Banking.
  • Analysing Business Needs and requirements in order to build large scale fintech products in banking, processing platform, digital wallet provider and payment gateway.
  • Prioritising product backlog, planning sprints, and resource coordination of development process.
  • Working directly with product owners, developers and QA Engineers as a team.
  • Providing technical support for business units. Developing and maintaining product documentation.

Technical Knowledge and Requirements

  • Experience working in a Techno-Functional capacity handling development tools like JIRA, MS Powerpoint or related software.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile approach to product development.
  • Ability to conduct project scrum meetings, scribe, assign tasks and track deliverables and deadlines to ensure successful completion of milestones.
  • Provide weekly and monthly project status report indicating possible risks or issues to senior management.
