Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 | Hybrid

Seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to join a well-established, fast-growing business. This role focuses on coordinating global payroll delivery, acting as the key link between clients and in-country payroll providers. It’s ideal for someone with payroll experience who excels in project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-country payroll delivery and timelines
• Act as primary contact between clients and in-country providers
• Support new payroll implementations and transitions
• Attend client meetings and maintain strong relationships
• Resolve payroll issues in collaboration with internal teams and providers
• Maintain process documentation and global payroll knowledge libraries
• Provide guidance to trainees and assistants

About You

• Payroll, payroll coordination, or operational experience
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working with international teams and providers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
