CTI is seeking to appoint a Business Analyst (Payments) for a leading payment service provider.

Responsibilities

• Track record as a Business Analyst in the Fintech field, minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM and end-to-end of product lifecycle.
• Experience in automating payment processes.
• Understanding of SWIFT message types and ISO 20022 MX format.
• Strong understanding of APIs, including security headers, encryption, and fetch types.
• Technical and non-technical stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to capture and write detailed requirements.
• Demonstrated success in driving process enhancements and optimising business results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
