A Sous Chef is required for this fine dining Michelin Star restaurant, located in a picturesque area within the beautiful county of Buckinghamshire. The restaurant serves modern British cuisine using excellent local produce. The kitchen is led by a talented Head Chef in a spacious, well-equipped environment.

This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work under a talented Head Chef within a professional kitchen
• Work across all sections as required; as Sous Chef, liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone works to an exceptional standard
• Demonstrate good creative flair and a real passion for your work
• Operate within an experienced and busy brigade

Qualifications

• Michelin Star experience (preferred to maintain illustrious accolades)
• Junior Sous Chef considered for promotion
• Valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship
