Professional and welcoming Receptionist required to provide first class customer service to the clients within an impressive serviced office in the heart of the city of London. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression of the business centre, and will become the go-to person for the centre’s clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering and directing phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are well-presented.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assisting with social media, and events.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised front of house and shared areas.
