We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is more than just answering calls — it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers make informed decisions. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by converting incoming enquiries into orders and proactively following up leads. Whether you’re supporting Builders Merchants, Contractors, or growing long-term partnerships, you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, with plenty of room to grow and shine. Location: Hinkley
Hours: 7.5 hours per day between 8:15–17:00 (flexible shifts available)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and converting incoming enquiries into accurate, timely quotations
- Following up quotations to maximise conversion rates and hit personal and team sales targets
- Delivering basic technical guidance and solutions to customers
- Helping implement sales and marketing strategies
- Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM
- Identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships
What we’re looking for
- A confident communicator who can build rapport at all levels
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a desire to progress
- Comfortable using IT systems and CRM tools
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
