  • Passion & Energy – an interest in engineering and the motivation to learn
  • Team Player – you enjoy working with others and being part of a team
  • Curiosity – you like finding out how things work and asking questions
  • Ability to Communicate – you’re comfortable speaking face to face with different people, from colleagues on the shop floor to managers and visitors

  • Initial chat – a member of our Talent Team will give you a call to talk about your interest in engineering, your motivation, and why you’d like to work at G’s.
  • Assessment Centre – if shortlisted, you’ll be invited to our Engineering Assessment Centre in July, where you’ll meet our Engineering team and take part in a range of practical and team-based activities.
  • Offer & start date – if successful, you’ll receive an offer to start your apprenticeship from September (or earlier, depending on your circumstances).
