Responsibilities – Night Nurse Role

• Providing high-quality nursing care during night shifts
• Managing residents’ clinical needs, observations and care plans
• Safe administration of medication and treatments
• Leading care staff and supporting night teams
• Responding to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions
• Maintaining accurate nursing documentation
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding and health & safety

Candidate Requirements – Registered Nurse

• Valid NMC registration (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
• Experience as a Night Nurse, Care Home Nurse, or Nursing Home Nurse
• Confident working independently on night shifts
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Compassionate, reliable and resident-focused approach
