Formulation Chemist

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and formulate innovative skincare, bodycare, and cosmetic products from concept through to launch.
• Work closely with R&D, marketing, NPD, and regulatory teams.
• Conduct stability and compatibility testing.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new raw materials, and compliance standards.
• Support improvements to existing formulas, driving sustainability and efficacy in product development.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in formulating beauty or personal care products – ideally within skincare, bodycare, or cosmetics.
• A strong understanding of ingredients, formulation processes, and cosmetic regulations.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset – someone who enjoys working in a close‑knit team.
• Passion for the beauty industry and product innovation.
