We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager for our residential home in Stockton-on-Tees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing care homes, with specific experience in elderly and dementia care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
• Lead and manage a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy numbers.
• Utilize knowledge of the local area to effectively market the care home and attract new residents.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager.
• Experience in marketing and increasing occupancy rates.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of elderly and dementia care.
• Familiarity with the Stockton-on-Tees area and local community resources.
