Our client is a London-based boutique consultancy partnering with clients ranging from innovative start-ups to major multinationals. They are expanding their services into the renewable energy market and are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to establish and grow this new desk.
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will promote their services to real estate developers in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, focusing on roles such as:
- Investment
- Asset Management
- Land & Development
- General Practice
- Construction
- Finance
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers.
- Identify and secure high-caliber candidates for mid to senior level positions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Achieve revenue targets through business development and client management.
Requirements
- Experience in executive search recruitment, ideally within real estate or renewable energy.
- Strong network and understanding of the renewable energy market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
