We are creating an accelerated network of recruiters that grows by ten new recruiters each month. As an IT Recruitment Specialist you’ll spend more time with clients and closing deals, thanks to an AI‑powered platform that eliminates CV screening and administrative tasks.

What you will bring

• 2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on roles within the IT industry.
• Passion for business development and winning new clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in closing deals.
• Clients you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you wish to target in the next six months.
• Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale.
