Remote Sales Representative / Appointment Setter (Commission-Only)
Urban Telecom is expanding and we are looking for motivated, professional and reliable Sales Associates to join our fully remote team. This is a commission‑only opportunity with uncapped earning potential, ideal for individuals who want flexibility, autonomy, and control over their income.
About The Role
- Initiate outreach to prospective clients through calls, messages, or online platforms
- Identify interest and schedule verified meetings for our team
- Follow provided guidelines and scripts
- Maintain accurate notes and communication records
- Work independently while consistently meeting activity expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations and identifying client needs
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage your own workflow
- Experience in client outreach, sales, or customer engagement is beneficial but not required
- Access to stable internet and a suitable remote workspace
Commission Structure
You Earn £50 per successful meeting booked (verified and attended).
Commission earnings on works secured to be agreed.
Telecom/Sales Experience is preferred but not essential.
Meetings must be booked within UK business hours (9am‑5pm) and within Directors availability.
This is a self‑employed role outside IR35.
