Sales Manager – Contact Centre
Location: ManchesterSalary: £32k – £38k basic + uncapped commission (OTE £65,000+)Experience: 2 years + in sales management within a contact centre
The Role
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll drive KPIs, coach for success, and ensure customers remain at the heart of every decision, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic management.

What We’re Looking For
- 2 + sales management experience within a contact centre
- Background in B2B or B2C consultative sales
- Strong coaching and leadership capability
- Commercially driven, resilient, and motivational
- Someone who has experience managing high volume teams of 10+
