Sales Manager for New Homes Development – London
Salary: £45,000-£60,000
Location: London
Pinnacle Recruitment has been instructed by a high‑end residential developer to recruit a Sales Manager to oversee the launch of their new residential scheme in a highly sought-after location. This role requires experience within London’s new homes market at management level in order to create, maintain and achieve sales targets as well as motivate a busy team of staff.
The following experience is intrinsic to the success of application:
- Regular reporting to director level
- Knowledge of London’s new homes / residential development market
- Minimum of 1 year managerial experience within New Homes
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Excel
- Ability to drive sales teams efficiently
- Experience in collating market research
