We are looking to add a qualified Repair Technician to our staff. The ideal applicant will be in charge of identifying, fixing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment. A sharp eye for detail and effective problem-solving skills are essential for this position. To guarantee that every repair is finished to the highest standards, the repair technician will collaborate closely with other team members.
Duties
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues with machinery and equipment.
- Maintain and repair a range of systems to guarantee peak performance.
- To reduce downtime, do preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
- Keep thorough records of the parts used, repairs made, and time spent on each task.
- Work together as a team to increase the effectiveness and procedures of repairs.
- Throughout all repair operations, make sure that corporate rules and safety standards are followed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by keeping consumers informed about repair requirements and schedules.
Experience
- It is preferable to have prior experience working as a repair technician or in a related position.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and the capacity for efficient troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of the equipment and diagnostic tools used in repairs.
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial since it improves communication abilities while dealing with customers.
