We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Front Office & Sales Associate to join our health tourism team in Scotland. In this dual role, you will welcome international patients and visitors while actively promoting our healthcare services and converting inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist international patients, visitors, and partners in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage front desk operations: phone calls, emails, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Provide detailed information about healthcare services, treatment packages, and pricing
• Actively follow up with patient inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales
• Negotiate and prepare treatment offers tailored to international patients
• Support patients with travel arrangements, accommodation, and necessary documentation
• Collaborate with the medical and operations teams to ensure an excellent patient journey
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare standards

Qualifications

• Experience in oral hygenist, international sales, health tourism, or hospitality
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle patient inquiries and convert them into confirmed treatments
• Professional appearance, customer-focused attitude, and cultural awareness
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
